While we value your business, there are somethings that we simply cannot accommodate. 

• Auntie Rissa's does not provide any products made or decorated with fondant. 
• We cannot and will not be able to complete orders that are requested to look identical to inspirational pictures. We have our own style and will gladly accept pictures to use for inspiration, but we will not replicate. 
• At this time, we are only able to take orders in the Staunton, VA area and the Bristol, VA/TN area.

If any of these apply to you, then unfortunately Auntie Rissa's is not the right bakery for you. We hope that you will consider us for future orders that we can accommodate. 

We offer mostly cakes and cupcakes, but we are always open to requests!

Yes, we offer gluten-friendly baked goods to meet dietary needs, however products are produced in a kitchen where wheat products are used. We do clean and sanitize all baking tools, pans, utensils and surfaces, but we cannot guarantee a 100% gluten free environment, so we do not recommend our gluten-friendly baked goods for anyone with severe intolerance or Celiac's. 

We are most certainly willing to work with your dietary needs, however products are produced in a kitchen where allergen products are used. We do clean and sanitize all baking tools, pans, utensils and surfaces, but we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen free environment. Reach out with your dietary restrictions and we'll help find baked goods for everyone!
